Our garden home complexes are located directly behind Woodstock’s main shopping hub. All units are smoke free, have 5 appliances, a large back patio, roller shades, and garage space for those who want it.
Located in the heart of Woodstock’s retail area, Burtt Place is within walking distance of many of Woodstock’s amenities. Complete with lounge area, meeting room and fitness facilities, Burtt Place’s three floors are accessed by a full-service elevator. Each apartment has two bedrooms, all major appliances, and a separate laundry room. Extra storage is available in the basement and mail is delivered to mailboxes in the entryway.
Valley View Retirement
Our first apartment building was Valley View. This is a 10-unit apartment block with ground level access all around. Each unit has its own patio and tenants have the option of planting their own gardens. Deer and pheasants are a common sight out the patio doors of these homes. The apartments are all two-bedroom units with all appliances included. Vacancies are few in this building! Our first tenants are still with us after seven years.
